Welcome to Zooba Pay – Home Installment & Service Payment App (“Zooba Pay”). By downloading or using this application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of Zooba Pay, including access to your property account, payments, and all related services provided by Zooba Pay, located in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.

2. User Accounts

• Each user is provided a unique property code, username, and password for login.
• Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
• Any activity under your account will be considered as performed by you.

3. Payment Services

Zooba Pay allows users to pay home installments and service fees (including gas, water, and electricity). Payments are processed via trusted third-party gateways such as:

• FIB
• FastPay
• AsiaPay
• ZainCash
• MasterCard
• Visa

Zooba Pay does not handle or store payment card details. Once payment is confirmed, it is recorded and viewable in your app’s transaction history.

4. Fees and Commissions

• Some payments may include a small transaction or service fee.
• Project-specific commissions are determined by the property administrator or project owner.

5. Refunds

All payments made through Zooba Pay are final and non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Duplicate charges
• Technical errors confirmed by Zooba Pay or the payment gateway

Refunds, if applicable, are processed through the same payment method used for the transaction.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our services. However, Zooba Pay does not guarantee constant availability and shall not be liable for downtime caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party services.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Access accounts other than your own.
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the service.
• Use the app for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and app content are owned by Zooba Pay. You may not reproduce or modify any part of the app without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zooba Pay shall not be responsible for:

• Delays or errors caused by payment gateways or banks.
• Loss of funds due to incorrect user input.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from app use.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount of fees paid to Zooba Pay (if any) during the last 12 months.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it or requesting account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

Zooba Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and app.
